Assistant Procurement Officer
Responsibilities
- Handle daily operation, from material requisition to delivery follow-up
- Work closely with internal users, ensure smooth operation
- Source, assess and select products and suppliers
- Responsible for source planning, conduct market research
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive price, deals and terms
- Maintain stable supply and consistent quality of materials
- Provide administrative support for the department
- Assistant to handle Ad-hoc project
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Purchasing or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in procurement or sourcing
- Experience in FMCG or F&B industry will be an advantage
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and numerical ability
- Good price negotiation and costing control skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office application
