International Shipments
Currently, we are unable to fulfil international orders. We are working towards restoring international orders as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

 

      1. How do I qualify for free shipping?

        Free shipping is available for local orders (Hong Kong) when your transaction total hits a certain amount. Simply tap the Shopping Cart icon at the top of your screen to see whether you have qualified for free local shipping.


      2. Do you ship to Mainland China?

        Please visit the official Kee Wah Taobao Tmall store at http://keewahbakery.tmall.com for shipping to Mainland China.


      3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

        Generally, local delivery takes about 4 business days. Delivery services are unavailable on public holidays such as Christmas Day, The First Day of the Lunar New Year, Easter, and of course, Mid-Autumn Festival. Delivery services are also delayed during typhoons, Red and Black rainstorms, and environmental factors that may endanger our staff.


      4. May I select a delivery date?

        Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate specific delivery dates. 


      5. Where do you deliver to in Hong Kong?

        Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, and the outlying islands of the HKSAR.

        Local shipping service does not include: Kwun Yin Shan (Shatin Pass Road to Kwun Yin Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau and Luk Keng, Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan And, Lok Ma Chau, Lung Kwu Tan, Tai Po District-Lin O and Shuen Wan, Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Bu Dai O, Yung Shue O and Temple, Upper/Ha Wo Che and Huaxin Hang, Outlying Islands (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay), Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the immediate area surrounding the Hong Kong International Airport, container terminals, logistics centers, warehouses, hotels.
        Shipping may not be applicable to restricted areas and hotel rooms. Shipping service may not be available for walk-ups i.e. buildings without elevators. If your building’s elevator is currently out of order we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.


      6. Is there a way for me to check on the status of my shipment?

        Upon confirmation of your purchase, we will prepare your shipment for delivery. Once your order is ready to be shipped we will notify you of your order’s delivery tracking number, which you then may use to check on the status of your shipment.


      7. What can I do if my order and/or shipping information is incorrect?

        If shipping information is incorrect due to user error, Kee Wah reserves the right to charge additional fees for rearranging shipping.

      8. Help! I still haven’t received any information regarding my shipment via email.

      9. What is the difference between delivery & Store Pickup Service?
      10. 9.1 Local delivery We offer free home delivery for every purchase over HK$380. For orders under HK$380, delivery charges are determined by the weight of your order.

Local delivery are only suitable for the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and parts of outlying islands

^ Local delivery does not include the following locations: Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Tai Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Lok Ma Chau, Lau Fau Shan, Tai Po – Plover Cove (including Luk Keng), Lung Kiu Wan, Mai Po, Sai Kung – Pak Tam Chung (including Hoi Ha Wan) and Clear Water Bay – Po Toi O / Tai Miu. For the outlying islands, the delivery service will only cover Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.

Order will be delivered after 4 working days from the day of order. Delivery date will be postponed due to no delivery service on public holiday (such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter and Mid- Autumn Festival holiday and etc).

Delivery service is not applicable to buildings that cannot be reached by the lift. In the event of a lift is out of order we will inform you to re-arrange the time of delivery.

Kee Wah reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time.

Delivery service will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this event Kee Wah will contact customer to re-schedule delivery time.

Kee Wah reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

9.2 Oversea delivery

Currently, we are unable to fulfil international orders. We are working towards restoring international orders as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

9.3 Store Pickup Service (Temporarily Closed)

Kee Wah in-store pick up service is available for orders over HK$350. For orders under HK$350, delivery charges are also determined by weight.

Once your order is ready for pick up at your selected location and time, please ensure you collect your order within 5 working days (from the date of your selected pick-up date). Without further notice, any unclaimed orders after this period will expire and no longer be available for pick-up. Cancellations or requests for refunds will not be accepted.
