AMEDEI Assorted Chocolate Mooncake Gift Box

Kee Wah Bakery and the Italian boutique chocolate brand AMEDEI have collaborated to launch the new "Kee Wah x AMEDEI Assorted Chocolate Mooncake Gift Box".
Kee Wah's "Chocolate Custard Mooncake with Raspberry Filling" is made with AMEDEI cocoa powder and 70% chocolate to create a rich chocolate crust and creamy filling,
wrapped in slightly sour Australian Red Raspberry Filling. The double-concentrated dark chocolate is blended with the sweet and tart Raspberry Fondant to create a tart
aroma that will shock the taste buds!

The “AMEDEI 90% Extra Dark Chocolate Bar” has a full-bodied cocoa flavour with a light floral note and a high cocoa content without being bitter.
The “AMEDEI 63% Dark Chocolate Bar” has won the first "Golden Bean Award" from the internationally recognized London’s Academy of Chocolate.
