This website ("www.keewah.com") operated by Kee Wah Bakery Limited ("Kee Wah") is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.


1. General

Kee Wah shall endeavor to make sure that details, prices and stocks availability of products on this website are up-to-date and reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice. All orders are subject to company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. If any of the products or services in your order we are unable to fulfill, Kee Wah reserves the right to refuse your order or to offer alternative substitute products to the customer of similar value and style instead and we will inform you by phone or email before your requested delivery date.


2. Personal Information

You are required to provide us with your personal information through this website or other situation before order any our products. During you fill out the form, you agree that you must provide current, true, accurate and complete information about yourself. If you provide any information that is outdated, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, Kee Wah has the right to refuse your current or future use of its product ordering services. The Company has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever. If you would like to access and/or change your personally date what you have given us via Internet, Please kindly contact us if you have any enquiry.


3. Confirmation

Once you place your order, Kee Wah will confirm your delivery order (kinds of product, quantity, delivery place and date) by email. Kee Wah will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses by customers, or due to issues that are out of Kee Wah's control such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc. All products will be completed for delivery within 60 days from the date of purchase, delivery exceptions will be allowed for seasonal products only (Including Chinese New Year Gift Boxes, Mooncake, Sausage, etc), please note that the product details before purchase.


4. Gift Voucher, Wedding Cake Coupon and Moon Cake Coupon

All gift vouchers, wedding cake coupons and moon cake coupons issued by Kee Wah Bakery are not redeemable on www.keewah.com ordering.


5. Breakage and exchange

Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. Please lodge with our Customer Service Department to exchange the goods if you find any damages or deficiencies. If customer has signed after receiving the goods, Kee Wah reserves the right to refuse your request after delivery.


6. Title

Kee Wah shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received. All risks in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. But, we cannot accept responsibility for goods left unattended at the customer's request.


7. Force Majeure

Kee Wah shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, embargoes, revolution, riot, war, government intervention, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, customs policy or any other causes beyond the control of company.


8. Payment Terms

8.1 All product prices listed are in HK dollars.

8.2 The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order.

8.3 We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express. Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK and Tap & Go.

8.4 All orders are subject to company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. Customer will receive the final order receipt upon delivery.

8.5 The credit limit of purchase for individual customer is set by Kee Wah. And, Kee Wah reserves the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers.

8.6 Kee Wah reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.


9. Security

To provide secure online commerce transactions, we employ Internet's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It encrypts your personal information, including name, address and contact no., so that it would not be read as the information travels over the Internet. To check SSL Certificate information, you can right click the mouse and choose "Properties" & "Certificates".


10. Delivery and Store Pickup Service

10.1 Local delivery

Local delivery are only suitable for the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and parts of outlying islands^

Free home delivery is offered when you purchase over HK$380. For orders under HK$380, home delivery charge depends on the product weights.

^ Local delivery does not include the following locations: Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Tai Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Lok Ma Chau, Lau Fau Shan, Tai Po – Plover Cove (including Luk Keng), Lung Kiu Wan, Mai Po, Sai Kung – Pak Tam Chung (including Hoi Ha Wan) and Clear Water Bay – Po Toi O / Tai Miu. For the outlying islands, the delivery service will only cover Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.

Order will be delivered after 6 working days from the day of order. Delivery date will be postponed due to no delivery service on public holiday (such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter and Mid- Autumn Festival holiday and etc).

Delivery service is not applicable to buildings that cannot be reached by the lift. In the event of a lift is out of order we will inform you to re-arrange the time of delivery.

Kee Wah reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time.

Delivery service will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this event Kee Wah will contact customer to re-schedule delivery time.

Kee Wah reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.


10.2 Oversea delivery

Currently, we are unable to fulfil international orders. We are working towards restoring international orders as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding in this matter.


10.3 Store Pickup Service

Kee Wah in-store pick up service is available for orders over HK$350. For orders under HK$350, delivery charges are also determined by weight.

Once your order is ready for pick up at your selected location and time, please ensure you collect your order within 5 working days (from the date of your selected pick-up date). Without further notice, any unclaimed orders after this period will expire and no longer be available for pick-up. Cancellations or requests for refunds will not be accepted.
