Organized by the China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee, “Hong Kong Paralympic Day” is an annual celebration of Para sports, and will take place this year on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at a new venue — Kai Tak Sports Park. The event will offer nearly 20 different Para sports trials, all free and open to the public. It aims to raise awareness, encourage inclusion, and support Hong Kong’s Para athletes as they prepare for the upcoming National Games for Persons with Disabilities (NGD) and National Special Olympics Games (NSOG).

One of the event highlights will be the Sports Star Competition, featuring renowned medal-winning athletes such as Boccia Gold Medalist Leung Yuk Wing & Silver Medalist Cheung Yuen, Wheelchair Badminton Athlete Daniel Chan, Hong Kong Fencing Gold Medalist and other elite athletes. Their presence will help bring positivity and encouragement to the community and our athletes.
